Refund policy
We want you to love your Sandwash Silver jewellery. If for any reason you change your mind, or if your item isn’t quite right, here’s how our returns work:
Change of Mind
- You have 14 days from receiving your order to let us know you’d like to return it.
- Once you’ve told us, you’ll have another 14 days to send it back.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return.
- For change-of-mind returns, you’ll need to cover the return postage cost (unless we say otherwise at checkout).
Faulty or Incorrect Items
- If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.
- You are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
- After 30 days (and up to 6 months), we’ll be happy to arrange a replacement.
- We’ll cover the cost of return postage for faulty or incorrect items.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at nicola.botha@sandwashsilver.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll provide you with return instructions.
- Please ensure items are returned unworn and in their original packaging.
Important to Know
- This policy is offered in addition to your legal rights under UK consumer law.
- Your statutory rights are not affected.
