How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually processed within 2-3 working days. Orders typically arrive within 2-5 working days after dispatch.
Do you ship internationally?
No, not currently.
Do you offer gift packaging?
Every Sandwash Silver piece is beautifully wrapped in tissue with a cotton pouch. Optional upgrade to a gift box at checkout.
What if my item is faulty or damaged?
If your jewellery arrives damaged, please contact us straight away, we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
How should I care for my silver jewellery?
To keep your jewellery shining, store it in the pouch or box provided, avoid chemicals and water where possible, and polish gently with a soft silver cloth.
How do I know my ring size?
You'll find a ring size guide on our website. If you're unsure, we recommend being measured at a local jeweller for accuracy.
Do you offer ring sizing?
Currently we don't offer resizing services, but we're happy to guide you to the best size before you order.
